Maria Georgopoulos

Maria Georgopoulos’ concentration is in residential/commercial closings and transactions, REO transactions, title insurance, mortgage lender services and bankruptcy.   She received her undergraduate degree at DePaul University and then graduated from John Marshall Law School with a Juris Doctorate in 2002.  Maria is licensed in the State of Illinois, as well as in the U.S. District Courts of the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of Illinois.  Over the years, she has been a presenter at Webinars and CLE seminars.  Maria has handled a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions, title matters, collection and evictions and various creditor’s right’s matters; including foreclosure and bankruptcy.  Her experience includes having worked for two of the larger Creditor Right’s firms in Illinois and recently managing corporate real estate in house at a large Illinois corporation. Additionally,  she is fluent in Greek.
