Paul Nalepka practices in the area of creditors rights, title curative and mortgage foreclosure litigation throughout the states of Ohio and Kentucky. Paul has over 35 years’ experience in creditors rights, contracts, title and curative issues and civil litigation. Paul is a graduate of the Honors College at Kent State University in Ohio (B.B.A. in Accounting, 1985) and The Ohio State University College of Law (1988).
