In this position, you will oversee workloads, make procedure adjustments to comply with client requests, develop new and improve processes, assess performance and effectively coach your team. Prior experience in foreclosure and supervising a team is crucial. Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Be deadline driven and detail orientated.
